Drill Source are brokers and valuer’s of drilling equipment and receive a commission on the sale of equipment.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only, and are exclusive of GST. GST of 10% will be added to the sale price at time of invoicing for Australian business and residents.

The equipment listed on this website and in the Riglist database, is as described by the various vendors.

Intending buyers must satisfy themselves as to the description, specification and suitability of purpose of the equipment.

All equipment is sold on an ‘as is where is basis’.

Drill Source and it’s employees and or agents make no guarantee as to the condition, specification or suitability of purpose for the equipment displayed on this website.

WARRANTY - USED EQUIPMENT The Vendor nor any employee or agent of the Vendor gives no warranty and/or representations express or implied as to the state of the equipment either as it exists or for any other purpose or proposed usage and if the equipment in its present state and condition (as is where is) and subject to all and any defects whether latent or patent and will make no objection/requisition or claim for compensation with respect thereto. No error or omission or misdirection of the property shall invalidate this contract. Further the Purchaser acknowledges that it accepts the equipment after satisfactory inspection and has not relied on any representations made by the Vendor or any person on his behalf.
