Product Description

Drill Source is proud to represent Sino Mud Drilling Fluids Indonesia.

Drilling Polymer CHP (powder form) is a readily dispersible polymer additive designed to provide shale stabilization in freshwater to saltwater drilling fluids ranging from low solids muds. CHP acts as a viscosifier, friction reducer, while also providing some fluid-loss control. Drilling Polymer CHP forms a protective polymer film on the drill pipe and bit as well as on the walls of the bore hole which helps to provide lubrication when drilling in troublesome formations. It is ideally suited for use in horizontal directional drilling, water well, mining and tunnelling applications.

As function, it has several usability for Industry & Application, CBM & Geothermal, HDD & TBM & Construction, Clay & Shale Stabilisers, Mining, Drilling Polymer, Water Well, Flocculants & Dispersants, and Viscosifiers

Function of SINOMUD Drilling polymer CHP:
Super high viscosity
Easily mix,improve lubricity
Prevent the swelling and dispersion of shale and clay
Increase the core recovery rate
Enhance removal of drill solids
Can be used to viscosify clear-water and low-solid drilling fluids
Dosage:02 to 1.0 kg/m³

SINOMUD Drilling polymer CHP provides cuttings encapsulation and improved wellbore stability in a variety of drilling fluids. It can be used as a single product, low solids mud system, or it can be combined with SINOMUD Bentonite CX GEL or SINOMUD Viscosifiers CX TROL to form a more robust mud system.

Advantages of SINOMUD Drilling polymer CHP:
Readily dispersible and does not form “fish eyes”
Excellent cuttings encapsulation limits cuttings dispersion
Improves shale stabilization
Helps prevent balling on the bit, stabilizers and bottom hole assembly by coating and lubricating solids
Enhances removal of drill solids
Can be used to viscosify clear-water and low-solids drilling fluids

Recommended Treatment:
Add CHP in concentration of 0.2 to 1.0 kg/m³ to any active system. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.

Some other names of CHP which known in Drilling Industries are CR 650, DD 2000, C.R.P, Drillam EL, Insta-Vis Dry, Ezmud Gold
